By commissioning ArtysHavingFun for digital or traditional art pieces you are agreeing to all the terms herein.-All clientele must be over the age of 18 to buy and receive services.
-ArtysHavingFun has the right to refuse service.
-ArtysHavingFun, as the artist, maintains all rights to completed artwork. This includes the right to use the drawing process and final artwork as content for their platforms, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
-ArtysHavingFun has the rights to repost and use their completed artwork as advertisement and examples in their portfolio.
-Refunds will only be allowed under certain conditions and within reason.
-Completed artworks are NOT subject to refunds.
-Personal use rights are given by default for emotes to be used in streams and servers ONLY, unless otherwise agreed upon.
-Commercial rights for emotes and other art types IS NOT GIVEN BY DEFAULT. A surcharge will be discussed for this access.
-Artist credit must be given when using commissioned work, unless otherwise stated.
-Clients are not permitted under any circumstances to use any part of commissioned work from ArtysHavingFun such as images, goods, and copies of goods in any block-chain related technology including but not limited too: non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, AI, or future inventions in the space. Using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, AI, or future inventions in the space.
-Any aspects of work by ArtysHavingFun may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence. Doing so is in violation of the TOS.COMMISSION INFO
-You are expected to have read and understood my TOS and spoken with me to confirm the piece you’re looking to purchase has been accepted.
-If your commission is highly detailed in any aspect, I have the right to charge a fee to include these details. This fee will be stated BEFORE the transaction, and you hold the right to make changes to your commission request (eg. change a character, agree to simplified design changes) before the transaction is complete.
-After everything is processed and confirmed, I will send you an invoice through Square or Artistree, alternatives can be discussed. You need to confirm the payment with me before I start your order.
-It is expected that you pay 100% of the price upfront before I start any of the work. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
-Estimated delivery time will be provided during initial detailed discussion of the commission. Delivery times may vary.
-Clients and other parties are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.
-Clients and other parties are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”
-Clients and other parties are NOT authorized to claim my work as their own.
-Clients and other parties are NOT authorized to remove or edit my signature on any of the artworks.

How and when should interested customers contact you?
After any potential clients read my TOS thoroughly, they should contact me via the options in the contact page.

Yes, mostly on expensive orders or large quantity orders (i.e. pack of 10 emotes).Do you have any reviews from past clients?
